The Conclusion:

Robert Downey Jr is God Of Epic Win. The less you know about Sherlock the better. The sequel is inevitable, and I hope that they ditch McAdams and Ritchie.

So a little while ago I was in HMV and saw the Star Trek Scene It board game. We get a board game every Christmas, me and my brother, and I took a photo and sent it to my mum as a hint as subtle as a sledgehammer.

She was receptive to this idea.

So last night we had a game while there was a gap in the tv scheduling on BBC. Four counters, bagsied the TOS Enterprise, my brother got Voyager, my mum got Enterprise-D and my dad was the USS Defiant.

This was epic, and I was terrified my less than thorough knowledge would let my mum win, and I'd not be able to show my face here. As luck would have it, she stalled near the end and I swept in and won.

Huzzah.

As a game, I'd thoroughly recommend it. It's just like all the other Scene It games, but the menus etc. are great. And the Prime Directive cards, like Chance in Monopoly, can be total game-changers.
